Well .... our lease expires on August 1st. I told Erik that our landlord will ask for our intentions soon. He as usual waved his hand at it. Here we are - looking for houses and getting stressed that we may look for another place to rent. Thank God Pittsburgh has been acclaimed as one of the most livable cities (and most polluted and the same time)so we can actually buy a house, even though the we are not making tons of money(kokosy: in Polish). Here is the house that we found last Thursday. We are going to see it one more time tomorrow. It is a fix up, but I always wanted to remodel houses, this might be the opportunity that I was looking for.
