As for 5 pm yesterday - July 23rd 2007, Erik and I became the first time homeowners. We are in debt!!!! Plenty to celebrate and be happy about. The house is a fixer upper. To be honest - we have no idea how much work is ahead of us. Everybody says - oh, you are young, you can manage it. We all will see.
